I loved the calm location, just minutes away from the sea, market, and restaurants. The garden was beautiful with old trees providing shade, and the view of the sea was perfect. The turtles in the garden added a special touch, especially for the kids. The terrace and garden were lovely for breakfast, with friendly tortoises and a white cat. The studio had everything we needed, including a kitchen and good shower. The location was great, close to the beach, supermarket, and bus stop.
Nothing, everything was great.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is close to Lapad's main walking street and just a few minutes walk from the beach. the villa is situated on a hill, which offers a beautiful view of the surrounding area.
Some guests mentioned that the appliances and amenities in the studio rooms were of lower quality, resembling those found in cheaper stores. the Wi-Fi connection inside the villa was reportedly quite poor, although it worked well outside.

The style of the house was mind-blowing, a perfect blend of old and modern. Ivona was super helpful, allowing us to check in early. The idyllic setting provided everything we needed on our doorstep. The stunning terrace and garden were jaw-dropping. The location was handy for the bus stop and a pedestrian area. The calm and convenient location was just 3 minutes from the sea and 5 minutes from the market. The authentic garden with old trees and a view of the sea was wow! And the turtles in the garden were a special treat for both kids and adults. The renovated attic space with air conditioning was the best of both worlds. The owners were very nice, helpful, and English speaking. The location was quiet yet close to the beach, restaurants, and a 7-minute bus ride to the city center. The place itself was quaint and the family running it was super sweet. The beach and bus stop were within walking distance. a super stay and I would definitely return.

Great location, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The apartment was modern and well-equipped, with air conditioning and a separate bedroom. The owners were very friendly and helpful, speaking good English. Bonus: there are turtles living in the garden!
There was a lot of stairs to climb from the main street to the apartment, which may be difficult for those with heavy luggage.

I felt like a medieval queen walking in the historic streets, enjoying live music and sipping coffee, all just steps away from the villa. The separate garden house was my little oasis, with a lovely garden and terrace where I could relax.
Just loved walking up all those stairs with my heavy bags, feeling like Everest conqueror. So thrilling!

My stay at this garden studio was simply amazing! It comfortably accommodated two people and was clean, well appointed, and had a modern feel. The outdoor garden was perfect for hanging washing, and the fan kept me cool at night even in the hot weather. The host was friendly and helpful, cleaning up a spill I had made. The Villa itself had a charming old-world charm, while the terrace offered stunning views of the garden and the Adriatic Sea. I loved having breakfast on the terrace. The location was excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, bars, and public transportation. this was a super stylish and unique place to stay, and I highly recommend it!

We got great value for our money at Villa Miomir. The room was perfect - clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed. The location was ideal, just a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. The staff treated us with kindness and hospitality throughout our stay.
One thing that could make the breakfast even better would be to have a wider variety of breakfast items available.

I had the most amazing time at this charming little studio in Dubrovnik. The location was excellent, just a short walk away from the bus stop to explore the city. The beach was also conveniently close, perfect for a quick dip in the sea. The garden was a hidden gem, providing a peaceful escape from the busy streets. Ivona, the host, was incredibly welcoming, and even gave me fresh towels during my stay. Despite the warm weather, the studio remained comfortable and cozy. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay in Dubrovnik.
